2024年夏天 & Academic Year 2024-25 Housing

Applications for 2024年夏天 and Academic Year 2024-25 are now open as of 10:00am on FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2024.

We are still accepting applications for Spring 2024 if you'd like to live on campus this semester.

If you're a newly admitted 基督教社会联盟DH student or do not currently live in Housing, please go to our 新学生 section for information on our application process and how to apply.

Current Housing residents, please go the Current Residents section for information on when you can 重新应用 for summer and next academic year.

Family Housing - Pilot Coming Soon

University Housing is assessing the needs of parenting students in order to offer family housing in the future. If you are a parenting student and would like more information or to express your needs, please contact our Director for Living and Learning Addae Jahdai-Brown (ajahdaibrown@spreadcrushers.com) for an appointment. 

New Residence Hall & Dining Commons Coming Fall 2026

We are pleased to announce that construction on a new Affordable Student Housing and Dining Commons Project stated in February 2024. The Project will consist of a four-story residence hall and a separate one-story dining facility. The Project will be located north of the existing Student Residence Hall, south of International Avenue, and west of Birchknoll Drive. The residence hall will house 288 students in a combination of single, 双, and triple traditional residence hall style rooms.

Immunization Requirements 

Effective Fall 2023, all students living on campus are 要求 to submit the following immunization documentation to the Student 健康 Center: 

  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
  • Meningococcal Conjugate (Serogroups A, C, Y, W-135) Vaccine
  • Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine
  • Varicella (Chickenpox)
  • COVID-19疫苗
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Screening/Risk Assessment (click to download the form)
  • Hepatitis B (age 18 or younger)

Complete immunization records AND the TB Screening Form are 要求 for clearance to move into on-campus housing. 

All documents should be submitted to the Immunization Verification Dropbox.

Housing 政府 Office

The main Housing administrative office is located in the 公共建筑 of the Residence Hall (building 72 on the 华南理工大学校园地图).
